We know that many new bands out there are not normal
rock bands. We know that there bands that are pushing the
limits of what we call rock music. To standout from the rest
of the regular bands, more bands are exploring whole new
styles of music. There have been huge developments in
genres such as Noise Rock and Experimental Rock, and
there are people out there that want to hear it...
This project has been set up to let Northern Ireland's music
potential be heard. We plan to introduce the audience to
the fresh new bands emerging from their country.
We are asking bands and solo
artists to get in contact and let us
know about their music. We want
to create a database with
information on as many local
bands as possible. Once we have
an idea of what each band sounds
like, we can begin organising gigs,
alternative battle of the bands,
recording sessions and the list of
possibilities and opportunities
goes on...

This project isn't just
for bands, we want to
hear from the whole
music community in
Belfast and beyond .
